Patient Responsibilities
To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment, we ask patients to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history at all consultations
- Disclose all current medications, supplements, and known allergies
- Follow pre-procedure fasting and preparation instructions
- Attend all scheduled monitoring and follow-up appointments
- Report any adverse symptoms or side effects immediately
- Seek clarification if any aspect of your treatment is unclear
- Follow post-procedure activity, medication, and care instructions
