What Is Cosmetic Gynaecology?

Cosmetic gynaecology involves procedures that enhance appearance, restore function, and improve confidence. From non-surgical treatments to advanced procedures, our goal is to help women look and feel their best, while prioritizing health and comfort.

At Aryamba, our Cosmetic Gynaecology Clinic is dedicated to helping women feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. We provide specialized treatments in a safe and supportive environment, focusing on overall intimate wellness and well-being.

Treatments Offered in Cosmetic Gynaecology

Vulvar Whitening

A treatment designed to reverse the signs of discoloration in the vaginal area, providing a more youthful and desirable appearance. It’s completely safe and helps lighten the color of your vulva and labia from dark to pink.

Lightening Procedures for Armpits

Lightening procedures for armpits, inner thighs, or other sensitive areas involve skin lightening to reduce dark patches and achieve a generally lighter skin tone. Creams, peels, or laser procedures can be used, with lasers especially effective for lightening blemishes or dark spots — improving skin tone while also removing fine wrinkles and enhancing smoothness.

Hymenoplasty

A surgical procedure that restores the hymen, a membrane that partially covers the opening of the vagina. It is typically done for religious or cultural purposes, as an intact hymen is considered a sign of virginity for some.

Vaginoplasty

A surgical process to construct or reconstruct the vagina if it has been shortened due to any surgery. Some girls born with birth defects have improper development of the vagina; this surgery helps them lead a normal sex life. It may also be required for vaginal laxity if other non-surgical treatments fail.

Labial Reduction and Augmentation

These procedures reshape the labia majora (outer lips) or labia minora (inner lips) around the vulva — useful when oversized hanging labia cause hygiene concerns, discomfort during sex, or aesthetic distress. Non-surgical and surgical options are both available.

Monsoplasty (Pubic Lift)

The mons pubis, or pubic mound, is the fatty area above the genitals. When enlarged due to weight gain, pregnancy, or childbirth, it can be uncomfortable beyond aesthetic concerns. Liposuction can help in mild to moderate cases, while surgery may be needed for severe cases.

Perineoplasty

Also known as perineorrhaphy, this is a plastic surgery procedure that addresses deformities, imperfections, and damage to a woman’s perineum and vagina — removing scar tissue and unwanted skin, and tightening or loosening the perineal muscles and vagina.
